30 Things Every Woman Should Quit Doing By 30

Knowing that 30 is two years away from me there are something that I have begun to take heed to. Things that will keep me in check and on the path that I need to be for a "better me". Below is the list of no-nos for women after 30. After the jump, 30 things every women should stop doing once she turns 30.  I've made this a memo in my Blackberry so that I can work toward this daily.
