I guess its like a bad habit. Like smoking cigarettes or drinking alcohol. you sneak and try it. you like how it feels. you like what it does to you. you get hooked. you are willing to risk everything to do it again (standing in the cold, no sleep, etc) you then try to find a way to hide this "craving" from family and friends. everyone advises you against it. you then find ways to justify what you know will at the end of the day hurt you badly and eventually kill you. Love much like drugs, the worst it will hurt the more we want...all in hopes to get that "first high" feeling.... The power struggle between men and women is one that is ongoing and never-ending. Both genders come into dating with their own agendas, and this is where the miscommunication starts. I believe in timing.  That's why finding "the one" isn't a huge priority. Yes, I work to make sure I'm reading when said person comes along. Yes, I try to make sure I'm aware so I don't miss said person. (I'm not sure you can miss "the one" if that's what they are, and you if you do maybe they aren't or there's more than one.)
