Life is a huge classroom, in which I am an active student who is always taking notes and questioning the lesson being taught... From my 28 years of living the follow are 10 things that every woman should do often to make sure she is always her BEST self.... Enjoy Dance Naked: Your age or weight does not matter. 1. Go to a library or online a read about the female anatomy, know what the hell is going and know your cycle. 2. Shower as frequently as you need to. Normally that's once or twice a day. Use Dove sensitive skin formula soap, the bar not liquid. Do not use any liquid soap or bubble bath that contains Sodium Laureth Sulfate on your vaginal area. This can cause yeast infections and vaginal imbalance is SOME people. Most liquid soap products and all bubble baths contain this agent. So use with caution. Be mindful that in order to keep your vaginal flora balanced, you can't be flushing it in and out with all kinds of chemicals and what not...that will throw your PH balance off. 3. Bath at least 3 times a week. It softens your skin, cleanses the pores through out your body, soothes your vagina, helps exfoliate dead skin, and relaxes the muscles.
